Embroidery
Commercial embroidery is the mass-production of embroidered finishes on garments, sheets, and other textile products. The results are long lasting, and the look is top tier compared to other forms of apparel printing.
WHY?
Team Building – Every team, from baseball to Girl Scouts, has a uniform. They wear custom embroidered hats, shirts, dresses, pants, and more. This helps them to see themselves as a team. There’s a sense of unity forged when everyone is wearing the same outfits.
Durable –Custom embroidered items last for years. It’s the most durable way to put your brand on clothing. The embroidery won’t fade for years and it can be washed and dried just like any other piece of clothing.
It can be hard to beat the classic, elegant look of a carefully embroidered logo on the left of a polo shirt for instance. Embroidered clothing does tend to have a certain level of class and professionalism to it.
HOW MUCH?
Pricing varies, because this will all depend on many factors of you or your company's needs. How many garments, placement of design, and how quickly the order is needed, will all go into getting you the best price we can.
The embroidery process has a $45 charge for digitizing your design file and a minimum of 8 garments or more.
Screen Printing
The technique of creating a picture or pattern by forcing ink or metal onto a surface through a screen of fine material. The inks are layered with each color. This is used with a bulk amount of shirts with 1-2 colors.
WHY?
Custom Designs- Having a custom design printed on t-shirts can be much more appealing and effective than having some ordinary photo or graphic.
Durability- The process of screen printing is adhering the ink into the fabric of the shirt. This means the design will last the lifetime of the shirt. It will not fade or peel.
HOW MUCH?
There are many factors that go into pricing for custom clothing. This will depend on the amount of colors in the design, the amount of garments needed, the type of garment needed (crewneck sweaters, t-shirts, etc.), and how quickly the order is needed. There is a minimum of 50 garments for screen printing. Click the button below for a quote today!
Direct-To-Film
Direct to film printing is a printing technology that involves printing designs onto films for transfer onto garments. DTF printing is a heat transfer process that has the ability to last as long as traditional silkscreen prints. This process is much easier and cost effective for small orders to prevent costs of screen prints that usually have a minimum order number because of the extensive set up that goes with screen printing. Color amount does not matter when printing via DTF!
WHY?
Durability- These are comparable, if not better, than screen printing. You can have as detailed of a graphic as you want, with as many colors, for the same price. The graphic will last the life of the shirt and they pass the stretch test!
Affordabilty- Want custom shirts but don't meet the minimum requirement for screen printing? The minimum for these is only 12! The prints are quickly printed and transferred to the garment!
HOW MUCH?
There are many factors that go into pricing of DTF printing. How many shirts, what type of shirts, how many transfers, etc. We do sell JUST the transfer, if you want to make your own designs and press them yourself. The transfers alone (no shirt included) start at $8 per transfer.
